If you are a first time traveler, you should go to the TSN homepage and follow the buttons to locate the program for which you need to complete a record.
Once you've identified the program for which you'd like to complete a record, select the "I do not have login credentials to this site" option which will walk you through getting an account setup for you as a community member/non-Penn State participant.
